Preparation of the welding process: The pipe must be cleaned of dirt and peeled to remove the oxide layer and achieve an excellent welding result.

Step 2:

Through the controlled welding process with barcode scan, the electrofusion machine heats the exposed heating coil to approximately 210°C. When using a FRIAMAT of the current generation and the WorkFlow app, the documentation is created automatically.

The new, elegant FRIALEN NXT range is a giant evolutionary step forward. Compared to our classic and other conventional designs, the FRIALEN NXT safety fittings and fittings have a lighter and slimmer design. This is not simply a result of using less material, but new, state-of-the-art materials and innovative manufacturing processes. With the compact design, we offer lower energy consumption combined with greater sustainability, durability and improved performance! By investing in innovation and production, we have succeeded in achieving outstanding quality with a smaller ecological footprint. This means a 25% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to the industry average.

Our compact product design is based on a combination of design features and materials that previously seemed impossible. The combination of exposed electrofusion technology, large welding zone and PE-RC material enables outstanding performance. Above all, fast gap closure during the welding process. Although FRIALEN NXT is more compact, it offers a new level of efficient installation with new angle and insertion depth markings for simplified alignment and other new features.

At first glance, FRIALEN NXT is similar to its predecessor in terms of digitalization. In addition to the 2D barcode already introduced with classic FRIALEN products, the connection with the FRIAMAT and the WorkFlow app now provides pioneering advantages: The welding process with just one barcode scan enables complete documentation of welding process data and other relevant information. Guided by the app, errors are avoided. The intelligent welding process with the FRIAMAT even offers temperature compensation.

The FRIALEN classic series exceeds standards. All design test data sets show a clear result: FRIALEN NXT outperforms all previous solutions - including our classic series. For example, in long-term ageing tests and practical checks by customers and industry experts, the results are not only convincing, but impressive.

Decades of experience with the classic FRIALEN products have shown us the way to FRIALEN NXT. For a real evolution, it is not expedient to focus on reducing weight and size or even reducing safety features. Through an extensive development phase, we were able to develop a more efficient joining technology with the lowest possible CO2 footprint by optimizing all factors. All relevant factors such as welding area, energy consumption and installation time have been fundamentally improved: FRIALEN NXT delivers the best performance with minimized weight.
