Our end-of-year opening hours and our annual January inventory:
- In 2024, our last working day will be December 20th.
Before that, we are at your disposal as follows:
- Until 12 o'clock on 09.12.2024., you can place your last large orders of the year, which are full truckload - or approximate or even exceeding that - quantities
- Until 9 o'clock on 16.12.2024., you can place your last smaller orders of the year, which are requested for home delivery, and due to their size can only be transported by truck
- Until 8 o'clock on 19.12.2024., you can place your last small orders of the year, which are requested for home delivery, and due to their size can be delivered by UPS
- Until 8 o'clock on 20.12.2024., you can place your last orders of the year, which are requested for pickup at our Biatorbágy warehouse, which we can hand out at the latest at 13 o'clock that day
During this period, unfortunately, we cannot make modifications on the orders already placed, in the interest of serving you and our other customers and ensuring safe deliveries.
- After that, our headquarters will be closed from December 23 to January 1 due to the holidays. During this time, we will not be able to process or deliver orders.
- Our annual inventory starts on January 2. From then until January 10, we will be very limited and only available for general questions, due to during the inventory we cannot handle neither incoming nor outgoing goods in the usual way.
- We expect to resume our full operation and services on January 13. If we finish the inventory earlier, we will of course immediately notify you.

Please note that we operate as a regional wholesaler, there is no retail shop or retail service at our premises!
That is why if as our partner you choose to pick up goods personally at our warehouse in Biatorbágy, we can arrange it in the same way as home deliveries to ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods and to avoid long waiting times on site. So
- placing an order in advance by the help of our sales staff, technical advisors or customer service, and then
- confirmation of 'goods ready for collection' by our customer service after purchase and package assembly
are both required.
You can then pick up your order directly from the warehouse at the back of our premises in the order of arrival. Once you are on site, please follow the 'Warehouse' signs straight back past the building, our colleagues will assist you at the back in the 'Warehouse office'.
IMPORTANT: We take the safety of our customers, conveyors and colleagues seriously, our facilities and processes in the warehouse and external warehouse depot area are in some cases stricter than national and international industry and Aliaxis standards. That said, the area and the service is a dangerous business, so please help us as by following these simple safety rules when moving goods in and out:
- the warehouse route is a one-way one, all vehicles must travel in the marked areas and directions at a maximum speed of 5 km/h,
- request loading only on vehicles that are in safe condition in general AND are technically suitable for the safe placement and transport of the ordered items due to its design, size and cargo space - our warehouse staff will check these properly, record the findings and if the vehicle does not comply with the above, they have to refuse the loading without any discretionary action,
- use only designated pedestrian routes on foot,
- wear a safety vest.
