We recently collaborated with the Dutch publishing company Davo Uitgeverij, who chose our roof drainage system Akasison siphonic for their new building.
At Aliaxis Netherlands we aspire to work closely with customers. We want to understand their needs and support their projects with our expertise and innovative solutions, starting from the design phase.
As an example, we recently collaborated with the Dutch publishing company Davo Uitgeverij, who chose our roof drainage system for their new building. Since it’s made entirely of PE and mounted using steel, the Akasison siphonic roof drainage system is 100% recyclable. Moreover, the system’s superior performance significantly reduces the maximum amount of weight a roof needs to support, which ultimately allows buildings to be designed using less steel and concrete. That’s right – Akasison is a circular solution that essentially pays for itself in the material savings it generates.
The Davo Uitgeverij building is almost entirely circular, which means it can be deconstructed and most of its components can be recycled or reused elsewhere.
For this circular building project, we had a seat at the design table alongside the project’s developer, architect, contractor and installers. This gave us the opportunity to share our expertise, introduce the Akasison system and have an impact on the building’s design.
The success of this project, together with our knowledgeable experts and innovative solutions, give us a lot to be excited about at Aliaxis Netherlands. Plus, being solution-oriented can position Aliaxis as an influencer as the world continues to adopt a more circular mind set.
