Advantages
User-friendly solutions
Insertion sensors can be installed quickly by drilling a simple hole in the pipeline while pressure and level sensors have numerous installation options that make mounting just as convenient and fast. The adoption of Bluetooth wireless technology makes it easy and immediate to connect sensors to monitors. The FIP brand instrumentation also has an intuitive and error-proof interface thanks to the practical help on board, the guided setting procedures and the self-diagnostics of the system.
Applications
The correct management of the water system at the base of the pool system passes through the monitoring of volumes. In the case of volumes conveyed inside pipes we will monitor the flow rate, in the case of the volume accumulated in the compensation tank we will measure the level value.
Flow Monitoring
The recirculation system must be designed to ensure an effective homogenization of the tank water, for this reason the UNI 10637: 2016 requires to stick to the speed of the water in the pipe <1.7m / s in suction and <2.5 m / s in delivery; while UNI EN 10713-2 prescribes a speed <3m/s for type D pools. In the section of the plant prior to the filtration phase, it is recommended to use a flow meter based on electromagnetic technology series F6.60. In the part of the system downstream of the filtration phase, it is possible to install a rotor sensor equipped with the new Bluetooth wireless technology of the F3.00.W series that can be combined with the M9.00 series monitor equipped with the practical Help on Board, the guided calibration procedure and the self-diagnostics of the system.
Level Monitoring
The conventional volume of the compensation tank must be sufficient to contain the volume displaced and any wave motion generated by the maximum number of bathers, the volume generated by the backwashing of at least one filter, the volume necessary to maintain the correct suction and avoid dry running. The replenishment of the compensation tank must be activated before reaching the minimum level to avoid the stand-by of the pumps, it is therefore evident the importance of accurately monitoring the volume of water. For volume monitoring inside the compensation tank, an HF6 series hydrostatic sensor can be applied that can be combined with M9.10 series monitors. The same transmitter can also be installed on the sand filter to check its efficiency level and plan backwash operations.
